Alleve Hospice services are provided by an Interdisciplinary Team that includes:

  • Physician Services
  • Skilled Nurses – RN and LPN
  • Home Health Aides/Homemakers
  • Medical Social Workers
  • Dietary Counseling
  • Spiritual Counseling
  • Volunteers
  • Physical/Occupational Therapy
  • Speech and Language Pathology
  • Medications related to the terminal diagnosis
  • Medical supplies and equipment for the palliation and management of the terminal diagnosis and related conditions.
  • Short term inpatient care in a hospital nursing facility for symptom control and/or respite purposes.
